Transparent Labelling is Critical

British Baker has published a two part article where bakery leaders assess the sector for 2022. Within Part 1 they seek the opinion of leaders from Finsbury Food Group, CSM Ingredients, British Bakels and Puratos UK.

Within his assessment of the year ahead Daryl Newlands, marketing manager, Finsbury Food Group explained that:

'With consumers becoming much more aware of the ingredients used and where they are sourced from, being as transparent as possible through product labelling will form a critical part of the purchasing-making process in the year ahead.'
