At Heerschap Bakery in The Netherlands, we’ve just installed their second MagnaCooler due to continued success and expansion.
Here’s what happened during installation:
🔌 We had to briefly shut off the existing MagnaCooler to link it with the new one.
⏱ During that time, rolls took 1 hour 15 minutes to cool before packing.
✅ Once the MagnaCooler was back on, they were ready to pack in just 16 minutes – with racks and trays instantly returned to production.
